Trivia Night

A reminder to parents and friends of the cadets that 15 Feb 14 at 1900 hrs (7:00 pm) will be our near annual Trivia night. Grab some friends and build a team. A cash bar will be open, so this is not an event for cadets.

Welcome 2014

Happy New Year
Welcome back to all of our cadets, we trust everyone has had pleasant holidays. We hope your time off has allowed you to come back recharged and refreshed for the second half of the cadet year.

Flying Scholarship Exams
For those applying for flying scholarships the exam will be held Saturday January 11, 2014 at 1230 hrs for 1300 hrs. The location this year will be the head quarters of 87 Squadron at the Niagara Central (Welland) Airport.

Fish Fry
There will be a fish fry at Branch 350 Legion this Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (10 Jan) for those cadets that have signed up. We also would like to encourage other cadets, family and friends to come to the Legion to try the fish. This is a public fundraiser/dinner put on by the Legion and all are welcome.

NATIONAL COURSES
The application information is now PAST DUE. If you are applying for a national level summer camp your package must be complete ASAP or your application will not be submitted.

Trivia Night
Our sponsor committee will be hosting a trivia night fundraiser for parents and friends of the Squadron. So put together a team and see how much you know. The date will be 15 February 2014, at 8:00 pm. The cost will be $15 per person. See an upcoming post for a flyer.
